Important note of Policy adopted by your church board: The church of the Nazarene follows Roberts Rules of Order in regards to meetings. Church meetings are generally open. However, board meetings are customarily held in executive session. A non-board member should not plan to attend any board meeting without a personal phone call to the pastor to state the reason for wishing to attend and to ask his permission to attend. The phone call must be placed and permission granted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The board meetings for April and May will be in executive session and will be closed. The pastor has the authority to close any board meeting at his discretion.
